Axalp 2018

The 2018 Axalp Fliegerschiessen (Air Power Demonstration) was my first Axalp visit and delivered really breathtaking flying displays high above Lake Brienz. Swiss fighter jets and helicopters performed with precision and power, echoing through mountain valleys and across rugged cliffs. It was the last official live shooting of the Northrop F-5E-Tiger II of the Swiss Air Force. Hard to get there (you have to hike/climb a lot), but a super stunning show.
